Renew Business License

Business License Renewal Notices are mailed to the address on file in late March and must be renewed by May 1 each year.  If you did not receive your business license renewal notice, you may complete the form below or email the City of Union Community Development Department at commdev@unionmissouri.gov for assistance. 

The $50.00 business license renewal fee may be paid online at municipalonlinepayments.com/unionmo/businesslicenses

If you are a new business, or if there is a change in ownership or location address, you must complete a new business license application.

If you are a retail business, please upload a "No Sales Tax Due" letter below. You may obtain the "No Sales Tax Due" letter online at http://dor.mo.gov/business/sales/notaxdue/ or call 573-751-9268 for assistance.

If you are in the construction industry, you must supply a certificate of insurance for workers compensation, (or Affidavit of Exemption pursuant to RSMo 287.061) from the Department of Labor.
