Union, MO

Scenic Regional Library, the 2015 Missouri Library Association Library of the Year, serves Franklin, Gasconade, and Warren counties. There are branch libraries in the cities of Union, St. Clair, Pacific, Owensville, Hermann, New Haven, Sullivan, and Warrenton.  A bookmobile serves schools, retirement centers, and rural communities in the three county area.

In addition to print books, audio books, music, DVDs, and magazines that can be checked out and taken home, the library offers

• free programs for people of all ages.
